Our Policies: Cancellations
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us enough time to offer your reserved time to another guest.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost, which will be automatically charged by our software to the credit card on file.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we appreciate as much notice as possible when changes are needed.

Our Policies: Late Arrivals
To ensure the promptness of all reservations, we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later. In the event this happens you will also be subject to pay a late fee of 50% of scheduled service and/or prepay for future services in advance.
Our Policies: Credit Card on File
To enhance your booking experience and ensure appointment availability, Belle Sirèene Salon now requires a valid credit card on file to secure all appointments.
How It Works:
You can securely provide your credit card information over the phone with one of our team members, or
You may book your appointment online and enter your credit card details directly through our secure booking system.
Please note: Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It is stored securely and will only be used in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy. However, if you’ve had prior no show appointments, our software will require a 50% deposit when booking.
Our Policies: Hair Adjustment
Belle Sirène Salon stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us within two weeks of the date of service. We will do our best to get you in for an adjustment with your stylist as soon as possible.
Our Policies: Returns/Refunds
Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on hair services performed. However, we will do our best to ensure you are satisfied.
Belle Sirène proudly stands behind all its products. We will gladly exchange any unopened products within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer any refunds. All sales of hair brushes, candles, hair accessories, hair extension hair, are final.
Our Policies: Child-Free Appointment
To ensure a relaxing and safe environment for all our guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment. Hair services often require your full attention, and it can be difficult to safely supervise little ones during this time. Additionally, we strive to provide a peaceful atmosphere for all our clients to enjoy their experience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain this standard.
Our Policies: Lost or Damaged Items
Belle Sirène Salon and our employees are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during your visit with us. We provide robes to drape your clothing while receiving services. However, we are often working with coloring chemicals and product that can possibly stain clothing. Though we do our due diligence to ensure cleanliness and protection of your personal items, accidents can occur. Given this, we suggest that you keep this in mind when deciding what articles you wish to wear and bring to your appointment. If you leave behind a personal items, we will contact you immediately to make arrangements for pick up or shipping.
Our Policies: Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates/Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Our Policies: Belle Sirène Salon reserves the right to refuse Products & Services to anyone at its discretion if it feels the policies herein are being abused.
Changes to Policies
Belle Sirène reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Policies under which Products, Services & www.bellesirenesalon.com is offered.
