How much do you charge for your service?

Pricing varies depending on the stylist you see. We offer four levels of pricing for hair services based on each stylists career experience, specialties, and client demand. No matter your budget, we feel confident we have a stylist and customized service we can offer you!

Do you do curly haircuts?

Yes, we have a handful of stylists who offer curly haircutting. You can select Curly Haircut when booking online and our stylists who specialize in this service will be presented.

Do you do children's cuts?

Yes, we offer haircuts to all ages. However, we do not offer any discounted pricing for children.

Do I need to make an appointment in advance?

It is recommended to schedule appointments in advance, but we do accept walk-ins if there is availability!

What is your cancellation policy?

We enforce a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel later than 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service. We do require a credit card on file to make an appointment.

Do you specialize in blonding?

Yes, we have stylists who specialize in blonding and have been recognized for your specialty blonding services! Contact Belle Sirène Salon, the best salon around, to learn more!

How long does a typical hair session take?

A haircut generally takes anywhere between 60-90 minutes start to finish. A root coverage or grey coverage takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. Balayage, highlights, and blonding sessions generally range between 3 to 4 hours start to finish. However, our Express Mini Highlight service takes around 1.5-2 hours.

What if I am not happy with my hair?

If you are not 100% happy with your service, give us a call within two weeks, and we will do what we can to help adjust! We do not offer refunds.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes! You can easily purchase and customize a gift certificate online through our Gift Card link above!

What is your parking situation?

Parking options include convenient street parking spots, paid parking garages, and lots of other options all around the neighborhood on Prospect, Fay, and Herschel Ave. As the best salon around, we have also partnered with The Grand Colonial Hotel, located at 910 Prospect St, to offer valet parking. Mention that you are a guest of Belle Sirène Salon to enjoy a rate of $10 + gratuity (cash only) during your service!
